Autobots and Decepticons have teamed up for another monster hit!  Transformers: Dark Of The Moon delivers on every level.   This time around the story is better.  I won’t provide any spoilers here, but this time it goes deeper than one big robot vs. another big robot.  The action sequences (especially the transformations) are slowed down so those of us not from Cybertron can keep up with the chaos on screen.  Plenty of action, just enough comedy to keep you entertained and a storyline that will keep you engaged end-to-end are the recipe for a satisfying blockbuster experience.  After a sequel that seemed a bot (pun intended) disappointing, the third installment doesn’t let you down.  Transform and roll out to this one!

Who runs the world??!?  APES!   The third in the modern revival of the classic Planet Of The Apes franchise, Rise Of the Planet Of The Apes does not fail to entertain.

The same Oscar winning effects team that provided such unknown hits as Avatar and Lord Of The Rings has once again made the impossible seem possible.  With some stunning cutting edge CGI work the apes come to life (no real apes were harmed in the making of this movie).

The apes have evolved (with a little help from the humans).  Tired of being oppressed and abused and taken for granted…I decided to go see this movie and was pulled in from the beginning.  With a compelling and engrossing story that culminates in an incredible clash for freedom, human vs. ape, on the Golden Gate Bridge, Rise sucks you in and doesn’t let you go.

Good story plus good action equals good fun.
